Cancellation & Refund Policy

Your peace of mind matters. Here’s how we handle refunds, cancellations, and deposits at 76 Design Solutions.

Scope

Applies to all services & digital deliverables by 76 Design Solutions, including website design, SEO & marketing retainers, hosting & support, graphic design, branding, logos, templates.

Deposits

  • 50% deposit required to start every project.
  • Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances—reserves our time and resources.

Payment Schedule & Hourly Rate

  • White-glove service by milestone or invoice schedule as agreed in contract.
  • Additional requested work billed at $65/hr.

Cancellation & Refunds — Project Work

  • Before work begins: Only fees beyond the non-refundable deposit may be considered for refund, less any applicable transaction fees.
  • After work begins: No refunds—funds paid (including deposit) are final. Deliverables so far will be shared.

Satisfaction & Revisions

  • Includes two rounds of revisions per milestone if feedback is within 10 business days.
  • Further changes billed at $65/hr.

Ongoing Services

  • Month-to-month plans require 30 days’ written notice for cancellation.
  • No pro rata refunds for time unused in a billing period.
  • Prepaid plans may be prorated, subject to early-termination evaluation. Deposit still non-refundable.

Digital Products & Licensing

  • Logos, templates, custom graphics are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Third-party licenses, stock assets, domain registrations are also non-refundable once ordered.

Errors & Corrections

  • Detected bugs or functional defects within 30 days of delivery will be fixed free of charge.
  • Issues from client changes or third-party systems are not covered; time billed at $65/hr.

Payment Disputes & Policy Updates

  • Dispute invoices in writing within 7 days.
  • Policy is subject to updates; latest version always available on our website.

Is the deposit refundable?

No—our 50% deposit is always non-refundable. It reserves time in our schedule and covers initial work.

What if I don’t like the design?

You receive two free revision rounds per milestone. Additional revisions are billed at $65/hr. Completed work payment is not refundable.

How much is extra work?

Out-of-scope tasks or additional changes beyond included revisions are charged at $65 per hour.

Can I cancel monthly plans anytime?
